The Real Infrastructure

Today’s World is the world of Information Technology and the world of competition;  and more often our society is involved in construction of the best ever infrastructure (real estate’s) for themselves; undoubtedly making good infrastructure is better, like getting the advancement in the rural and urban infrastructure, gives the society a stunning appearance, but the citizens in contemporary society forgets about the real infrastructure; i.e. “Education”  the growth and the prosperity of the country as whole or any business organization depends on the  way of resources are utilized and managed; the decision-making strategy are being  used by the government or any private sector’s to build the best infrastructure for themselves. Millions and trillions of Rupees are used for the construction of Roads, Bridges and other things; habitually our demands are the same, when we come across the time of elections, our demands are Water, Roads, and Electricity. Till said time haven’t seen anybody demanding the real infrastructure, i.e. Education, which desperately the every state of the country needs for the up-liftment of the society.Education is a vital input for the growth of society as well as an individual; education opens new horizons, creates new aspirations and develops new values. It’s the real education all the way through which our outlook can be safe and sound, it is the solitary source in the world which gives our wings a natural confidence, through which we can compete at any level. Today we are living in the world which hardly allows us to relax or take breath comfortably, it’s the world of competition; and we are the victims of this word competition; we are not ready to be in the stripe of competition. We the people work in government schools/colleges as a teacher, professor etc but we don’t like to enroll our kids in the said government schools/colleges, in fact we acknowledge them in private institutions; This is the reality of our contemporary society that the parents, who are teachers/lecturers in government schools/colleges where they are earning their bread, hardly enroll their children’s there. In fact this is better for their kids, if there parents are working in that school/college, they can keep them in their own shadow, but still it is not in episode, no parent is willing to enroll their wards in government schools, because they know the reality, the future of their kid is in dark. Just Wait…, let me tell you one thing, how can the future of their kids would be in dark, when their parents are with them all the way, in fact he/she is out of harm's way and blessed so many ways, if he will remain in the outline of their parent whole day, still we don’t believe ourselves, we usually sign up our kids in private institutions, where we have to pay huge sums in the form of tuition fee, library fee etc, after that as a human nature we come out on the streets, demanding the enquiry, that the private institutions has hiked the fee, making it as breaking news for the media and make a sort of propaganda.
Now the time is over of conventional courses, the demand of the current market is the specialized ones, in our valley there are exceptions, which are in the race of professional courses, greater part are still running behind the long-established courses and the quality of education is always in dark from the elementary level here in our valley.
There is no fun of having the quality education at the higher end; quality needs from the foundation level, the early stage is the best to make our prestigious child, the unique one; which can compete at any level at any time; it is the early stage where one can get immense aptitude; unfortunately we don’t provide that quality education at the school level. The government schools and colleges are having full of resources, the background of the quality teachers, professors and the astonishing investment by the government, but still the government schools and colleges are not making the mark in today’s world of competitions; exceptions are there. Directly or indirectly education is the source, which can give come up the revenue of the state on high note, our government should take the decisions round the table for the better & quality education; it really needs the change. The way government is concerning over the prestigious project “education”. I am very much anxious that the quality education will be no more here in our state. The government should bring together the State J&K for a “Quality Education Hub” which will produce best professionals & future leaders. Believe that triumphant schools and college’s outcome from excellence in leadership and teaching methodology. In this era, today’s youth are so enthusiastic for the higher study, every year thousands of students are departing outside the country/State for higher education; every year millions of rupees goes from our pouch in the shape of tuition fee, hostel fee and other charges by outside colleges and universities, but still we are far behind to take part in this prestigious development.
Success or confidence never comes if we have all the answers, but it comes when we are ready to face all the questions; be bold and face the world. Because education is the greatest asset for we people. Mr. Politicians; if truth be told, it really needs a change. If you really want to give anything to the people of valley, give them the real education. We are in hope that there is a light at the end of the tunnel.
